US Army Communications Transmissions Systems (CTS) program # W52P1J-11-R-0018

The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI) issued the Project Manager Defense Communications / Army Transmissions Systems (PM DCATS) Communication Transmissions Systems (CTS) program to both Booz Allen Hamilton (Prime Contractor) and CES Network Services Inc. (Sub-Contractor). 

The purpose of the Communication Transmission Systems (CTS) acquisition is to provide a five (5) year multiple award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract vehicle that provides an integrated approach that considers the life cycle of any given communications and/or transmissions system and its relationship with other communications and/or transmissions systems. The objective of this acquisition is to obtain hardware and provide support services that will integrate DCATS systems and activities in the most technically proficient and cost-effective manner. CES provided large scale Voice/Data/Video goods/services for the design and deployment of fiber optic and wireless networks for the Department of Defense.

Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas, Irving, Texas. In conjunction with Red River, Inc. CES Network Services was issued a consulting contract for IT Project Management services. 

SCC Vatican City, Roma, Italy. Due to the Pope Francis visit to Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico and the US Texas Border, CES was awarded a service contract for RF network analysis on existing Video / Data infrastructure. Activities include technical coordination support with Vatican Security / Mexican government official (City of Juarez and State of Chihuahua).

Socorro Independent School District, El Paso, Texas. Communications Transmissions Systems. Communication Consultant. #199-1219-E1465. The Socorro Independent School District issued CES Network Services, Inc. a one year contract for IT consulting projects to include but not limited to Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Solutions, Business Process Analysis, Process Improvement, Enterprise Architecture Roadmap, Cloud vs. In-House Hosting Analysis, Systems Administration, Strategic Sourcing, Data Warehousing, Open Source vs. Proprietary Analysis, ETL Development, Database Administration, Project Management, GIS App Development, Enterprise Wide Security, Comprehensive IT Strategy, Broadband Strategy, Vendor Management, Third Party Assurance Services, Procurement Support, Training Services, Domain Specific Research, Benchmarking, and Best Practices Identification.

Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas Professional & Related Services (Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center) Contract #739-05032013

Texas Tech University has selected CES Network Services Inc. for a three year consulting services contract to provide IT and telecommunication design, analysis, and assessment of work associated with modifications, modernization, and renovations of facilities.

Analyze existing conditions, processes and systems and provide assessments and solutions. Provide designs and specifications for repairs, upgrades and new installations. Technology Support to include design project management of structured wiring systems, optimizing connectivity, public address / notification systems, cabling systems and network installations.

Cameron County, Texas 800 MHz Public Safety Rebanding Project Contract# 2013C03100

Cameron County, Texas, has selected CES Network Services Inc. as the qualified consulting organization to develop the 800 MHz Emergency Frequency Rebanding Plan and to act on behalf of Cameron County Public Safety and twelve municipal system users to obtain funding for rebanding implementation from Sprint-Nextel. This project required an assessment of the 800 MHz emergency frequency equipment currently operational in the Cameron County, interoperability studies, Inter modulation analysis determination of new radio equipment that may be necessary, equipment modifications and system modifications that may be necessary to achieve rebanding. 

Texas Department of Transportation / Atkins (formerly PBS&J) Intelligent Transportation System ENG-Traffic Contract # 24-948P5037

CES Network Services, Inc. in partnership with Atkins Inc. was awarded $1 million dollar ITS communication contract for the City of El Paso, Texas. CES provided a citywide consulting, engineering, fiber optic and radio communications design for the installation, deployment and operation of six Dynamic Message Signs (DMS) for Interstate Highway I54. Project included coordination of metering electric services, design, conduit sizing, and equipment placement, budget calculation for single mode fiber and radio communication interface with main central network operation center. This project is a one-year contract commitment.

Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Information Technology Staff Augmentation Contract (ITSAC) and Deliverables-Based Information Technology Services (DBITS)

CES Network Services, Inc. in partnership with Visionary Integration Professionals, Inc. was awarded a two-year contract Information Technology Staff Augmentation Contract (ITSAC) with the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR).

Department of Homeland Security. National Communications System’s (NCS) National Security and Emergency Preparedness Scientific, Engineering and Technical Assistance contract.

CES Network Services, Inc. in partnership with SRA International, Inc. was awarded by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security one of the National Communications System’s (NCS) National Security and Emergency Preparedness Scientific, and Technical Assistance contracts. This five-year, multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract has a combined ceiling value of $388.9 million to be distributed among all four awardees through the term of the contract.

In support of NCS’ national security and emergency preparedness programs, CES will provide NCS with telecommunication consulting, planning, design, and modeling services.

US Army Communication Electronics Command (USACECOM) Southwest Operations Fort Huachuca, AZ.
CES Network Services, Inc. was award a five year consulting / deployment contract for the deployment of a wireless Wide Area Network (WAN) for surveillance networks. 

City of Ft. Worth, Texas Contract # 11-0184
CES Network Services, Inc’s contract for IT / ITS Digital Microwave Ethernet Radio was extended for two years.

Denton County, Texas Contract # 4757

CES Network Services, Inc. contract for IT Digital Video Signal Signal Hardware was extended for another year,
